Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), The Eternal Voice mobil uygulaması ve ilgili hizmetlerin ("Hizmet") kullanımını düzenler. Hizmeti kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
2. Hizmet Tanımı
The Eternal Voice, kişisel zaman farkındalığı ve AI destekli içgörü hizmetleri sunan bir platformdur. Platform; doğum bilgileri, aile geçmişi ve yaşam döngüleri temelinde kişiselleştirilmiş içerikler üretir.
3. Hesap Sorumlulukları
- Hesap güvenliğinizden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Hesabınızı başkalarıyla paylaşamazsınız.
- Yanlış veya yanıltıcı bilgi girmekten kaçınmalısınız.
- 18 yaşından küçükseniz ebeveyn onayı gereklidir.
4. Kabul Edilemez Kullanım
Aşağıdaki eylemler kesinlikle yasaktır:
- Sistemi kötüye kullanmak, tersine mühendislik uygulamak
- Başkalarının verilerine izinsiz erişmeye çalışmak
- Hizmetin güvenliğini tehdit eden herhangi bir eylem
- Telif hakkı ihlalleri
5. Fikri Mülkiyet
Hizmet kapsamındaki tüm içerik, yazılım ve tasarım The Eternal Voice'a aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır.
6. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. The Eternal Voice, hizmet kesintilerinden veya veri kayıplarından doğan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
7. Değişiklikler

1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of The Eternal Voice mobile application and related services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
The Eternal Voice is a platform offering personal time awareness and AI-powered insight services. The platform generates personalised content based on birth information, family history, and life cycles.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the security of your account.
- You may not share your account with others.
- You must not enter false or misleading information.
- Parental consent is required if you are under 18.
4. Prohibited Use
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Misusing the system or applying reverse engineering
- Attempting to access others' data without authorisation
- Any action that threatens the security of the Service
- Copyright infringement
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and design within the Service belong to The Eternal Voice and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
